  • Yes, I meet in person with individuals and couples. We have a modern waiting area with easy check in. My office is private and comfortable with large windows and soft lighting.

  • Yes! Online therapy is an option. I send a HIPAA secure link to support your privacy. As long as you have a quiet, private place, we can do an online session anytime. I am flexible enough to adjust from in-person to online if/as needed.

  • I am an out of network, self-pay provider. My rates are competitive and are discussed during our phone consultation call based on your needs. I accept all major credit cards and HSA cards. My system handles the charges after each session, so we do not use up valuable session time handling payment.

  • The first appointment is typically focused on discussing your needs and goals in more detail while also reviewing a brief history you will provide in advance of the appointment. My goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable and safe.

  • This is highly individual. We collaborate on our appointment schedule together based on what we think makes sense for your schedule and goals. A typical frequency at first is weekly or every other week. I understand busy schedules and other concerns can affect scheduling.

  • Out-patient counseling is not for emergency care. If you are in a crisis, please call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room or inpatient mental health facility.
