My style

I believe the answers are in you, and my role is to help you identify and implement next steps at a pace that works for you.

Using an integrative approach - I customize the therapeutic experience to you.

Initially, we will identify more urgent symptoms and/or issues, focusing on reducing distress.

When you are ready, we will focus on longer-term more complex challenges.

You will have choices of different therapeutic tools or discussion paths. You will be in control of the steps we take while receiving compassionate support and empathy for what you are going through.

As we work together, you will experience increasing knowledge of your thinking and behavioral patterns.

Then, when you are ready, you decide what steps to take and when with support from me.
